The automatic valve forging production line is composed of four electric upsetting machines,a press,a six-axis robot,a general control system and other auxiliary systems.Four electric upsetting machines and a press are arranged in a circular shape,and a six-axis robot is installed at the center of the circle.

The valve bar materials to be processed are manually placed in the side hopper of the four sets of electric upsetting machines,and then sent to the electric upsetting machine for heating by the intermittently operated feeding system.

The hot upsetting is controlled by adjusting the electric upsetting parameters.

After the hot upsetting,the garlic product is taken out by the robot claw,and the garlic product is sent to the press die by the robot movement.

The press slider goes down to forge and press forming.

After the forging is completed,the press slider goes up.The charging mechanism will push the product half out of the die,and then the charging mechanism will take out the product.

1) The master control system controls four sets of electrical upsetting machines, one press machine, and one robot using "bus" communication control.

2) The master control system ensures stable operation of the devices. The production line can set cycle times according to different products, resulting in high efficiency. The order is controlled by a program, so if one electrical upsetting machine encounters a fault (which will trigger an alarm), the other machines can continue running without affecting production.

3) The master control system can store and display the processing number, cumulative processing number, qualified number, forging temperature, and unqualified number. It also allows for the setting and display of the initial temperature.

4) Infrared measurement is used to 100% detect the initial temperature of each product. Unqualified products are automatically placed into a waste basket.

5) The system can be set to include any number of electric upsetting machines in automatic circulation. If any machine needs to be withdrawn or have its tooling replaced or undergo maintenance, it does not affect production efficiency.
