Plasma Tip Weld Machine
The machine is used for welding powder on tip of engine valve. the machine uses Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen for program control and data storage. and can store multiple sets of weld parameter. The weld torch is mounted on the servo driven module, which is used for relative movement of the weld torch in Y direction wuth the technological parameters during surfacing. The X and Z axis of the weld torch are adjusted by manual adjusting mechanism. the valve feeding mechanism is composed of slideway, pneumatic finger, turning cylinder,etc. Srepping motor driven turntable and compression machanism frive the valve to rotate during weld, the powder feeder is driven by stepping motor, which has high control precision and long service life. the machine can be connected with the host computer.
