Upsetting forging method is one of the production flows of the engine valve machines. This method is used to collect and upset the metal to create the heads of the bolts. Nevertheless, the equipment utilized for this method has been changed.

In this way, the metal does not become weak.  For that reason, the companies prefer the automatic upsetting equipment instead of semi-automatic one.

There is low machine footprint which is a big advantage for the manufacturers. The machines up to 315KW in the vertical configuration are excellent as compared to the ones with low power. This type of machine produces 600 meters long bars. It is able to occupy 1.5x1.5 meters at the jaw height of about the 1600mm from the floor.

The machine has the capacity to control the power input. The developers have incorporated advanced power units into the machine that can control the input of the power. For that reason, there will be no short circuit of the machine. 

High Power Efficiency

The machine is highly power efficient. It does not consume too much current because of which it does not overheat.

The machine follows a particular method which is good enough to perform the tasks. It has been designed according to a mathematical model that removes the requirement for the operator intelligence to ensure the quality of the bulb. As a result, it handles all small and big tasks automatically.
